Return & Refund Policy

Because Myoform supplements are custom-made for you using your DNA and personal data, we can't resell or reuse them. That means we don't offer returns or "change of mind" refunds on personalised products. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll fix it quickly and fairly.
1. Returns & Refunds (Personalised Products)
All Myoform supplements and kits are personalised and made to order. For that reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong product

Not liking the taste or format

Deciding you no longer want to proceed

Any other non-fault related reason
This policy helps protect customer safety and product integrity.
2. Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right (for example: replacement, reshipment, or refund — depending on the issue).
To help us resolve it fast, please include:

3. Missing Deliveries & Shipping Issues
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, or it appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier. If it's confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement where appropriate.
4. Exchanges
Because items are personalised, we generally cannot offer exchanges. If we made an error with your order, we'll correct it — just contact support.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately.

If your order has not entered processing/production, we may be able to cancel and refund it.

If production has started (or the personalised product has been created), we cannot cancel or refund.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
In addition to personalised products, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used consumable goods

Sale items

Gift cards
7. European Union & UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, the 14-day "cooling off" right may not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. If you believe your situation qualifies for cancellation under applicable consumer law, contact us and we'll review it fairly.
