Myoform works with genetics, blood markers, and lifestyle data — some of the most personal information there is. We take that responsibility seriously and build security into how we design, operate, and support our platform.

Our commitment

We are a UK-based company operating under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We process health and genetic data only where we have a clear legal basis and with safeguards appropriate to that sensitivity.

How we protect your data

  • Encryption. Data is encrypted in transit and stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure.
  • Limited access. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel and systems that need it to deliver our service.
  • Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe, a certified payment provider. Myoform does not store your full card number.
  • Retention. We keep data only as long as needed for the service and apply defined retention periods for sensitive uploads.
  • Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Infrastructure

Myoform is hosted on Amazon Web Services, with primary production systems in the United Kingdom. Our web application is delivered through trusted cloud providers that maintain industry-standard security programmes.

We monitor our environment, maintain backups, and test our incident and recovery procedures so we can respond quickly if something goes wrong.

Third parties

We work with a limited set of trusted partners to run our service — for example hosting, payments, and communications. Partners that handle personal data on our behalf are reviewed for security and privacy before use, and are bound by appropriate contractual protections.

Security testing

We carry out regular independent security assessments and address identified issues through our remediation process.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it responsibly to info@myoform.io. We will review valid reports promptly and ask that you do not publicly disclose issues until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address them.
